This is a fundraiser to benefit the Children’s Medical Center at Winthrop University Hospital’s extraordinary Child Life Program, whose certified Child Life Specialists utilize play and education to improve the understanding of medical procedures, teach relaxation techniques to help young patients cope with serious illness or surgery; and also provide support for the entire family during these difficult times.
